As a long-time component manufacturer in New Zealand, O’Briens has recently begun expanding and marketing more electric fencing products than ever. Their Treadaline Post has been a mainstay of strip-grazing products for years. They also make our Heavy Duty corner and line-post insulators as well as our Fence Reels, both Standard 1:1 and Geared 3:1. The new “Little Demon” Strip-Grazer operates on 6V (lantern) battery and is an economical option for temporary fence installations. Simply put, the Gripple Wire Joining System saves time and saves money. It’s the faster way to fence! Manufactured in the United Kingdom, this durable and versatile system of connecting and tensioning wire features the Gripple Wire Joiner and the Gear-Drive Tensioning Tool. Other useful items include Speed Brace Kits, Trellis Anchors, and a unique End Post Anchor Gripple. The clever Gripple design gives strength and durability, allowing new installations and repairs to be secured in seconds, saving time, money and materials.
In addition to our fencing items, we import and distribute other product lines that complement and promote rotational grazing applications. We have been the primary importer of Jobe Trough Valves for many years. These are full-flow, non-restricted float valves which have multiple mounting positions. The Megaflow Valve is used for side & bottom mount applications and is available in ¾” and 1” sizes. The Topaz Valve mounts on the side and bottom as well, but it also top mounts to prevent back-siphoning. The ¾” Megaflow and ¾” Topaz are now available with the new Detachable Valve Seal Access System as well as a long-tail and backnut for easy servicing. The new and improved Hi-Flow Rojo Valve is high-performance valve that delivers ample water supply in most installations at an economical price. Along with the Jobe Valves, Quick-Coupling Valves and Risers offer increased flexibility in your watering system.
Another product we proudly distribute is Stay-Tuff Fixed Knot Wire and Double-Barbed Staples. Manufactured in the US using a combination of modern technology and high-quality products, Stay-Tuff is a product designed for years of use. Class III Galvanization, solid vertical stay wires, hi-tensile line wires, and the unique fixed-knot design all combine to make Stay-Tuff the best fence money can buy. With fence heights from 42” to 96” and vertical wire spacings 3”, 6” or 12”, Stay-Tuff has a fence wire available for every livestock or exotic game application.
